About the Author

Robin Johnson, landscape horticulturist, teacher, environmentalist and gardening enthusiast, shares his reflections, experience and practical suggestions for sustainable gardening in this, his second book. An appreciation of domestic, commercial and public gardens in the UK, US, and NZ, eventually led Robin to a decade as gardener-in-charge at Canberra's Old Parliament House Senate gardens. More recently he has been engaged in teaching and consulting on adaptive garden designs in Australia's drought stressed "Bush Capital", Canberra.
