Hodder are reissuing and rejacketting all seven volumes in Stephen King's epic, fantasy series The Dark Tower in anticipation of the brand new Dark Tower novel, THE WIND THROUGH THE KEYHOLE, coming in May 2012.

In the fifth novel in King's bestselling epic fantasy series, the farming community in the fertile lands of the East has been warned the wolves are coming back. Four gunslingers, led by Roland of Gilead, are also coming their way. And the farmers of the Calla want to enlist some hard calibers.

Torn between protecting the innocent community and his urgent quest, Roland faces his most deadly perils as he journey through the Mid-World towards the Dark Tower.

About the Author

'At the age of 19 Stephen decided he would like to write an epic similar to The Lord of the Rings. The 'spaghetti Westerns' of that time [specifically The Good, the Bad and the Ugly] and a poem written by Robert Browning, 'Childe Roland to the Dark Tower Came', became the inspiration for his magnum opus. The series written and published separately over a period of 22 years consists of seven books and the short story, 'The Little Sisters of Eluria' published in his short story collection, EVERYTHING'S EVENTUAL.' Comments about Wolves of the Calla:

Definitely start with The first book "The Gubslinger". I have neve read any other Stephen King but this is my favourite series of all time. There is not a bad book in the series and I'm half a book away from finishing it. I've laughed, I've cried, I've been shocked and amazed. Do yourself a favour and read this series
