For a grown up, I had way too much fun with this book!
In my state of madness I even found myself reading it aloud to me!
Nick Sharratt is the king of flap books and novelty books and this is his best yet! What's brewing in the witch's kitchen? Open it left or open it right, it might not be dreadful but then it just might!
If you open the flap left the teapot will reveal 'Nice strawberry tea!', but if you open it right you'll discover 'Nasty! Goblin's Wee!'. Hysterical.
Call me juvenile, but anyone from 2 upwards is going to have loads of fun with this very special flap book. And it's too much fun to be at all scary.
The witch has hidden a trick and a treat in her magical kitchen cupboards. Which one you find depends on how you open the doors. Whether it's frogspawn or popcorn, lollipops or rabbit plops there are hilarious rhymes to discover.
