In the run up to weaning my little one I did lots of research I found a lot of information vague and contradictory. I was looking for a simple easy to follow guide and this is it. The book is factual and informative it has a step by step guide to weaning baby from the very beginning. It has a meal plan and receipes for each age and stage which you can follow to the letter if you are new to weaning or lack confidence but there are also lots of variations and suggestions which give you flexibility to tailor things to you and your babies needs once you get going. The pages are filled with bright colous and photos which make it a pleasant and informative read. If you are looking for a one-stop easy to follow guide to weaning baby this is it.
