An excellent book for Christmas and the perfect stocking stuffer for kids! This is a novelty book that the whole family will enjoy. Each page contains a moving image; the 'technology' of this book harks back to the days when the first flicker films were made. The book is called Waddle because the penguin really does waddle across the page! This book will be a sure winner.
The first male I gave this book to had to cut it open to 'see how it worked'. Hmmm. Gender distinctions?

Leaping frogs, flapping hummingbirds, slithering snakes - the team that brought us Gallop! and Kick! have done it again with this very cute scanimation gift book for littlies (which is not to say that adults don't have a lot of fun with those very clever moving images).
