The authors' positive empowering message and the health benefits and weight loss this programme can bring make this book potentially life changing.

Exceptional and informative read. Changed my eating habits and made me more aware of the foods I selected and why. Made it easy to follow and in changing my eating habits, I changed my health and well being. Would recommend highly to anyone wanting a healthy change.
Many of us have an unhealthy relationship with food or have niggling physical problems such as tiredness or skin problems that can be traced back to diet. The whole 30 is the best food plan I have ever encountered for addressing ones health and relationship with food.
