The Very Cranky Bear is back, and this time he's facing Boris Buffalo in a battle of bravery!

But will something surprising send them both fleeing through the forest? Vibrant illustrations and a fun, engaging story make the book perfect for reading aloud.

Comments about The Very Brave Bear:

This book is truly adored by my young child, so much so that he memorised it at 2 and 1/2 years of age! Good pattern, great illustrations, engaging story and characters. Highly recommended for 2 - 5 year olds

Comments about The Very Brave Bear:

We love the Bear series in our house - especially our 3 year old. Perhaps not quite as good as the original Cranky Bear, but still well written, fun, engaging and beautifully illustrated. Our 7 year old also likes reading these books.

Comments about The Very Brave Bear:

Another great 'bear' story from Nick Bland. I love the reference in the story to the cave where the 'Very Cranky Bear lives' to find out the cranky bear is not in there :)
My daughter loves all the bear books. She loves to sing the story as the rhyme is so catchy!
