      I am so disappointed in this book. Yes, it does have recipes for the 5:2 diet, and it does have some daily meal plans. However, it is very hard to read - it doesn't lie flat like a recipe book, there aren't enough pictures, the meal plans don't reference the pages with the recipes suggested. It could be so much better. There should be a better index by calorie count. I got what I needed (barely), but it was so hard to get.

              This book is a fantastic help with the 5:2 diet. Dozens of ideas for meals that meet the criteria. Each recipe has every ingredient's calories listed, so it is very easy to see exactly where the calorie intake is. The author's mantra is ensuring that there is flavour in every recipe and certainly everyone I have tried has been excellent. My daughter has now disappeared with it, so I am going to order another copy! The best revelation is Cauliflower Rice, 24 calories for a whole cauliflower which is a brilliant accompaniment to many dishes, and very filling. 500 calories is not a lot, but with these tasty recipes it certainly makes losing weight far more enjoyable.
