Comments about The Really Hungry Vegetarian Student Cookbook:
This book is Written for a UK audience so read zucchini for courgette etc, but that's no big deal. Bought for a teenager who is new to vegetarianism. We are all enjoying the recipes as we work through the book. Good value too.
