This has explained everything about my autoimmune disease that my rheumatologist did not. If you are a sufferer this is an absolute must read and should be read in conjunction with The Autoimmune Cookbook. I have learnt so much from this book and am constantly referring to it as I try to heal myself. Take control of your health, your body and your life, hopefully drug free
