About The Author

Michelle Bridges became a household name when she first appeared as a trainer on Channel Ten's hit reality weight-loss show The Biggest Loser.       It's great for busy families and those on a budget. I don't eat pasta, bread or white rice and there were several recipes featuring these plus the recipes were a bit simple for me.

          Got this for my 60 plus parents,(after my sister highly recommended it) who love mainly meat and 3 veg. Mum is now a convert and at least 4 timess a week, is cooking Michelle's delicious and nutritious recipes. The added bonus is that most of the ingrediants are every day items that are readily on hand. Definitely an all time favourite cook book!

            As I already cook almost all recipes from the crunch time cookbook I needed a new one. This one is as good as the other! The recipes are easy, all steps are explained and you do not stand in the kitchen for ages! I never had a cookbook I liked almost all reipes from, but these ones are amizing!
            Only thing I missed where the quantities in the shopping list, the list simply tells you what you need but not how much of it.
            But still give it a try! The food is amazing, even my hubby likes it!

                Very useful cookbook if you are after easy, healthy recipes. I was finding that I was in a bit of a recipe-rut prior to this book, but I now have a whole list of great new recipes. Now looking to purchase Michelle Bridges' other cook books!

                      I use Michelle's book every day - cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes. In the first week I lost 1.5kgs.
                      Recipes are quick and easy to understand.
                      Even though low in fat recipes are nutritious and filling.
