      Through following the principles in this book, I believe I am truly nourishing my body for the first time. I feel satisfied, filled with energy and all digestive issues have been eliminated. This last weekend, I resumed my old way of eating, and immediately I felt tired and my old digestive issues returned. So today it was back into these principles.
