About the Author
Food became Elizabeth Long’s passion as soon as she could sit up on a kitchen stool. By age ten she started helping at the local café, Humble Pie, where she learned the tasty recipes that she still uses today. By an extraordinary coincidence, she now run part of her own business, Luscious Affairs, from the very same premises! Her other passion is travel. She studied at the Cordon Bleu school in England, and she learn more with every visit overseas. She hopes that this cookbook will inspire everyone – that the recipes allow their tastebuds to travel the world, and that they experience the pleasure of food as much as she does!
