About the Author

Jeanine Lloyd was born in 1955 and is one of five children, including a twin brother. She was raised in what she calls the "teaming pre-pill" western suburbs of Sydney. After finishing high school at Tara Anglican Girls' School, she moved to Canberra and gained a law degree at the Australian National University.
