Comments about The Graveyard Book Graphic Novel:

The best thing about this graphic novel is its combined artistic presentation. Once you are aware the different illustration artists contributed to different chapters of the book, you start to appreciate their individual styles because they become much more visible. Having different hands draw the same character makes each style pop right out of the pages and although I'm no comic fan, I'm so impressed by the works of many artists that I will be keeping an eye out for their other works in the future. Story wise, the original book alone is a master piece and deserves its own following, but now that it's got the added benefits of so many fantastic drawings, I would say this is the good starting point to introduce the joy of reading to younger people who may find it difficult to keep their eyes on things that don't contain pictures :)
