Booktopia Comments
This is the Australia edition it was published in August 2009, it is much more expensive than the US edition which will be published on 23 March 2010. The Australian book, in terms of the jacket and paper, is of a higher quality but the Australian publisher has set the RRP at $24.95. If you prefer the better quality finish and more expensive Australian edition then buy this one otherwise the cheaper US edition ISBN is 9780307476159 and will have exactly the same content.
Book Description

This is the 2nd book in Stieg Larsson's series. The first was The Girl With The Dragon's Tattoo and the third The Girl Who Kicked The Hornet's Nest. An absolutely bestseller that Booktopia can without question recommend.

Lisbeth Salander is a wanted woman. Two Millennium journalists about to expose the truth about sex trafficking in Sweden are murdered, and Salander's prints are on the weapon.

Her history of unpredictable and vengeful behaviour makes her an official danger to society - but no-one can find her. Mikael Blomkvist, editor-in-chief of Millennium, does not believe the police. Using all his magazine staff and resources to prove Salander's innocence, Blomkvist also uncovers her terrible past, spent in criminally corrupt institutions.

Yet Salander is more avenging angel than helpless victim. She may be an expert at staying out of sight - but she has ways of tracking down her most elusive enemies.
