Use this product everyday....recipes work, and information is contantly useful
For me, this is what I have been searching for. I felt like the common food we are eating today doesn't make sense and I believed there is link between food and escalating levels of disease. This book helped provide the facts to support the feeling, in a simple, short & sharp way. Best part is, for a stay at home Dad, learning to cook for the family, they are simple recipes I can follow, if I can, anyone can! So grateful to the author, David!
