Comments about The Complete Book of Raw Food:

Can't really think of any cons besides that its very hard for any person to learn this new way of preping and making such foods especially if you,ve never new such food was possible but it is a lifestyle changing book and like all lifestyles, they are hard to change and require some dedication and patients.
