Comments about The Book of IT : 10 Steps to Conquering Anxiety:
I used the simple suggestions in this book to get over my anxiety. A friend lent me this book a few years ago, when I was suffering from Anxiety. This time I bought this book to lend to my friends brother, he is going through the same struggle I went through. I'm sure this book will help him too.
