          I bought this book thinking it would be great to have a recipe guide for eating so I could follow it and not have to worry about what I was eating when. While the book comes with a lot of information, awesome pictures, and some creative recipes, it is also not a book that can be used by people who work full time, work out, and have little time to spare. A week's worth of food will take easily a full day to prep, and I'm sorry but I don't have that kinda time. It would be useful if the book were full of practical rather than just cool recipes. Some repetition would be good so that when you're prepping hommus for Monday's snack you're not just prepping a small amount as it doesn't turn up again for another 4 weeks.
          As an overall review - I'm disappointed. Coming from someone who says she understands people, and helps to train real life people, this is not a real life possibility cookbook. It's for people who have plenty of time on their hands.
