This book is a diet and recipe book with a lot of useful information for people with high blood pressure. It also has great recipes for everyone.
It's a very helpful book if you want to change your lifestyle to reduce your blood pressure, and eat well.

This book makes the reasons for high blood pressure very clear. I have certainly changed my diet to try & reduce my blood pressure. I am also on medication for it.
