A gorgeous collection of classic country dishes
Country food is generous, fresh, usually local and always in-season. This wonderful collection of easy and simple dishes brings the country to town. I used the book for new ideas and for revamping what I cook.This book has lots of really beautiful pictures in it including the inside of the cover. The recipes are great too. I wouldn't change anything about the book. I was thinking of giving it as gift to a friend thinking of starting a B&B because this is the sort of food I would expect if I stayed at one.
