    I have had anxiety for the majority of my life and this book has given me the understanding of Anxiety and Fears, how they can effect you and how to get through it. It is nice to know that it is a very common thing and you're not alone. This book is fantastic to teach you the ways to self help. You can look up chapters as a reference or read it from cover to cover. It also includes exercises to complete which are helpful.
