The perfect book for anyone currently trying to conceive or planning to. Also great for anyone wanting natural birth control. It's amazing how many signs your body will give you when its ovulating.

Comments about Taking Charge of Your Fertility : The Definitive Guide to Natural Birth Control, Pregnancy Achievement, and Reproductive Health:

This book has changed my life. I know, that sounds a bit ridiculous - it's just a book. But after 3 years of trying to conceive, endless gynae appointments, 3 laparoscopies, 7 months on Clomid, and being told that I don't ovulate and that my best option is IVF… I am just furious that I didn't read this book earlier! And that my gynaecologists haven't read it!
It's very easy to understand, gives clear explanations of what a healthy reproductive system should do and how to easily monitor yours. It covers just about every problem / discrepancy you might encounter and gives advice on how to rectify them.
I think every woman should read this book - it's irrelevant whether you are trying to conceive, trying to avoid pregnancy, or neither of those - you should read it anyway!
Be prepared to learn a lot, be amazed by how easy it is to find out what your body is doing, and feel empowered and excited.
            I can't fault it.
I got it three months ago and very quickly discovered exactly why I haven't got pregnant and what I can do to fix the two problems (and by the way, it's not that I don't ovulate - I do ovulate). And in that three months I have already fixed one of the problems!
