I love looking a cook books
This book is a great showcase of traditional Greek recipes. It has something for everyone and is definitely worth buying!!
Lovely traditional recipes adapted by author but some skill and knowledge of this type of cooking would help for example making the pastry for Spanokopita which should be light and flaky similar to FILO
