Ms Bridges knows a lot about fitness and exercise but almost nothing about a healthy diet. If she was serious about diet (as a lifestyle) she'd be advocating omitting meat, dairy and eggs - all cancer-causing, heart disease-inducing, loaded with cholesterol and life-shortening - and advocating less sugar, oils, fat and processed food and more whole grains, legumes, vegies and fruit.
