I am pleased to have purchased this book. The photos look great, the recipes different, and some are very tasty. Most of them are very flavoursome, though some are surprisingly underpar in flavour. It's title is misleading as it is not 'sugar-free' at all, but 'refined-sugar-free'. It still uses fructose (honey, dried fruit, maple syrup, etc.) and a lot of it.
