      Comments about Save Our Sleep:

This book was recommended to us by a number of people who found it the key to getting sleep. I used this book when I'd had two horrendous nights and just had to do something. It's given us a routine and an understanding of when our baby needs sleep. It's given us structure as well as our baby.

I was recommended this book. This book is very informative. However read with caution, I think the info is good, but I don't believe in baby routines.

          Comments about Save Our Sleep:

I found the information in the book very useful. On the first night I implemented the techniques, we had results! My 4 month old went from waking 2-3 times a night to sleeping from 7pm til 5:30am. I couldn't have been happier!

            Comments about Save Our Sleep:

            * Not responding when your baby vomits?
            * Wrapping in HOW many blankets? (overheating/death risk)
            * Not focusing on your baby's needs but your own for the sake of a routine?

Its no wonder kids today are so disconnected, anxious and stressed to the max, wanting to escape into computer games and screens.

It works? For some maybe but at what cost that you'll find out down the track?

Love your little ones, they are wired for their own survival, not to annoy you. If they are upset its for a reason, not manipulation, and if you need breastfeeding advice for your baby, seek a qualified lactation consultant (ideally an IBCLC) not a book author who has no idea how damaging untrained advice can be.

                      Comments about Save Our Sleep:

this is the book to read if you like routines and are a new mum learning your baby's queues. The only downside is that the tips are scattered throughout the book which means you really have to read it all cover to cover the first time to get all the details. but totally worth it!
