    This is a go-to book for thinking outside the square when preparing healthy meals. Tess has compiled a lively list of recipes, vegan and gluten free, all incorporating the use of her famous blender. Compartmentalised into various sections, such as Immunity, Protein, Weight loss, Alkaline forming etc, all aiming to extract maximum health benefits from her recipes, Tess has also included an easy to read chart to guide readers through the nutritional values of her ingredients. It's next to my stove within easy reach.
