I am so glad I purchased this book. There are so many healthy and delicious recipes which my young kids (3 & 1) have been enjoying. There are some great tips on each stage and fussy eating. I use it everyday and have bought one as a gift for my mum friend. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this cookbook. I was recommended it by my sister and I have not been disappointed.

It has food from baby through to family meals. Every recipe has alternative suggestions for allergies / intolerances. Lovely photos of each recipe and easy to follow instructions.

The book is informative and goes through each stage of the weaning process.

                      • Every mother should have this book

This book is, by far, absolutely outstanding in that every recipe has allergenic alternatives, easy ingredients, storage instructions and assumes no prior cookery knowledge. Excellent recipes for great baking and sound nutritional information that can be applied there after to any other recipe on the internet. The advice on meal times is thought provoking and if applied from the beginning of a child's life will yield tremendous dividends towards safe guarding against fussy eating. I wish I had had it from day 1 with my kids. Highly recommend as a great gift for friends who are pregnant.

I use this daily for everyday meals and lunch box ideas. I am not grey cook nor do you have money to buy lots of new or special ingredients but so far everything I have made have used pantry/fridge staples. Kids and husband love the food. It has given me the confidence to try new cooking techniques.
