About the Author
Acclaimed Chef, Restaurateur, Author, TV presenter, Hotel and Restaurant consultant, Peter Kuruvita, has been a highly regarded and experienced member of the Australian food scene for the past 32 years. Peter established Sydney's iconic Flying Fish Restaurant & Bar in 2004 and Flying Fish Fiji, at the Sheraton Fiji Resort in 2008. Both restaurants are renowned internationally for their creative modern dishes with a strong seafood focus, stunning ambience and locations.
