About the Author
Matt Zurbo is the author of three young adult novels, Idiot Pride (shortlisted for the CBCA Awards, Older Readers), Flyboy and the Invisible and Hot Nights, Cool Dragons. He has also written five picture books, including I Got a Rocket!, which has been made into an Emmy award-winning television series. Matt has worked as a comedian and radio presenter, and contributed to numerous editions of Australian Short Stories.
About the Illustrator
Dean Gorissen is a professional illustrator whose work has appeared in Communication Arts Illustration Annual, the Australian and New Zealand Illustration Awards and the MADC. His first picture book with Matt Zurbo, I got a Rocket!, was shortlisted for the Crichton Award for New Illustrators.
