      Most foods are in 100g portions. I am not going to weigh everything and then work out how many calories it has. Too hard! Would prefer if it had average calories for items. If I could have looked inside the book prior to purchasing it, I would not have bought it.

          Great for reference for anyone watching their diet. A "million" foods included for calories. Would be even better if it included a list of "good carbs" and "bad carbs" as following diet based on calories goes against the nutritionist who discusses proteins, fruits & veg which all have higher calories - hard to know who to follow!
