I hope that gives you an idea that it can easily fit in your handbag or suit pocket if you are absolutely watching your calories. It has every type of food and ingredient listed with its weight, kilojoules and calories. The best thing about this book is that it really is written with the Australian market in mind. Oh yes, I checked! It has canteloupe and rockmelon listed on the same line so Michelle has taken various geographic locations in Australia in to consideration, depending on what you call it. Highly recommended for those counting calories. Stay healthy and good on you for taking care of yourself!
