I'm loving this book. Mediterranean food is my favourite and this is the perfect book for someone like me. A lot of non-meat recipes are included which is great for vegetarians. It has unusual recipes which i've found really inspiring. All the recipes work and instructions are easy to follow. Pictures are useful and motivating. My only criticism is that there is no recipe for the classic turkish red lentil soup and which is my favourite. Although i can manage without a recipe, i'd so love to see this very simple recipe written down in a book. I haven't found it anywhere on the net. Another nice aspect is how a few variations of a the same dish appear, with the version from different countries such as the spinach and fetta cheese pie from turkey as well as greece, and a chickpea soup from italy and greece.
This book is such excellent value, with 311 pages of recipes to keep one well occupied and fed for many meals.
