Comments about Meditation for Motherhood:
I bought this book for my daughter who was living overseas and newly pregnant. She can be a bit of a worrier and had a huge move back to Australia at 7and half months of pregnancy. She found it very interesting and learned some greAt skills which really helped her during the move, in labour and now as a new mum.
