    Comments about Macarons:

    great recipes and easy to follow. Only one thing is the difference from American to Australian - for example "half and half" and I had to dig up what exactly the ingredients were ... but once found out it was no drama... This book is a pleasant read, the instructions are clear and the results tasted just as "yummy" as the pictures.
