Sue Shepherd is a highly regarded dietitian who suffers from coeliac disease.           Gave it as a gift to a coeliac sufferer and she loves it there are so many foods that she can now eat and the recipes are so easy to follow.
          There is nothing bad that I can say about this wonderful book even if you are not a coeliac sufferer anyone can use this book.
