As one of Australia's leading authorities on Italian food, Guy has been a judge on My Kitchen Rules and co-host of Italian Food Safari, and has appeared on MasterChef Australia. He also shares his knowledge through his bestselling books, which include Recipes From My Mother's Kitchen, My Italian Heart and Grossi Florentino-Secrets and Recipes.

This is an exceptional book for those who are passionate about true Italian food. Authentic recipes rich in history and taste. Superb photography and easy to replicate recipes. The quail with grappa cherries dish is simple but divine. Making the hand rolled fusilli pasta was a true cooking experience. I will be spending a year working through these fabulous recipes and dreaming of my time in Italy. Ordering and service was simple and informative... And the book arrived prior to Xmas!
