It is a reasonably hefty book, with many glorious photographs, but no text to give any context to the imagery. In fact it is an obstacle course trying to track down the location information for many of the larger photographs. I was expecting more a of tourist style with information/facts that could be useful planning a visit to these wonderful places. I also felt misled after reading an article that stated Australia featured prominently in the book..which is sadly does not. The cover also marked very easily, so I'm not sure how sturdy it would be as a coffee table book. Definitely great value for money, but sadly not what I thought it was going to be..

Like other reviewers said, this book is huge. I really did not expect it to be so big. That was a big bonus! As for the pictures, I am disappointed as I expected stunning and breathtaking landscape images, but these comprise I would say about 20% to 30% of the total images. The majority of the images are comprised of ok images, boring crop and wild life images.
Overall, the book was good for a discounted price, but I certainly would not have paid full price for it.
