I had purchased her first book and found that I cooked a lot from it, so I just had to have her second book.
It did not disappoint, I have cooked a lot of recipes from the book over and over again.
Its a very informative book, although as I found the health information very similar to her first book, i skipped straight to the recipes.
Jess is a health and well-being beacon. Her recipes and overall health message is easy, approachable and realistic in this busy modern world. Highly recommend.
