From the 1920s right through to the 1960s, British manufacturers became renowned the world over for their production of reliable workaday lorries and quite rightly earned a reputation for quality engineering.

Richly illustrated with over 100 previously unpublished images, the Little book of Trucks charts the history of the 'King of the Road,' from the humble steam wagon to giant diesel-powered articulated juggernauts.

Comments about Little Book of Trucks:

Remarkably informative and entertaining book. Although a "little" book it packs a large amount of facts and historic detail. great item for the beginner as well as the more experienced classic truck follower. Well laid out with some good pictures and a handy reference book without getting bogged down in minute detail. highly reccomended
