Comments about Little Book of British Comedy Greats:
I bought this book for myself first. It had good information about the celebrities, some things that I didn't know, with extra in the side panels.
Two or three people I hadn't heard of who were before even my time ('46) but, still interesting as sometimes there was reference to a show or person I knew. Even when there wasn't, it was good to know about another artiste that I hadn't heard of.
I decided to buy it again for my elder son who lives in South Australia, as, although born in Oz, (I'm originally from Yorkshire, UK) he loves most of the British comedies and comedians. Some cover two pages about the really 'big' people in the industry and a good page or page and a half about others. A useful little book that you can refer to anytime.
