About The Author:
Jamie Oliver started cooking at his parents' pub, the Cricketers, at the age of eight, and has gone on to work with some of the world's top chefs. He founded Fifteen restaurant in London and the associated charity, Fifteen Foundation, which trains disadvantaged young people to become chefs. There are now Fifteen restaurants in Cornwall, Amsterdam and Melbourne. Jamie has also launched a chain of high street restaurants in the UK called Jamie's Italian. Jamie writes for publications in the UK and around the world, including his own Jamie Magazine.

So no one has reviewed the most essential book for life.
I became aware of the realities of food about two years ago. I myself was a victim of a giant brain tumour and I now have an answer to why I was burdened by disease so severe.
Yes it truly is food but which food!?

Two years ago I was informed about the negative effects of bad food and two years later I finally found out that it is time to eat right. After all it is everything we are. The wonderful introduction to this book puts it right out there.
It is time to eat fresh organic food and it is not an indulgence for the rich but a life practice for us all!
The book is beautiful designed, wonderful print and beautiful photos.
I look fore ward to cooking from this books.
I recommend Jamies teachings to everyone. We all need to know this.
