After reading some of the online reviews, I was nervous about how I'd find Gwyneth's recipe book, however the criticisms really aren't justified. The recipes are easy to follow and delicious. My favourite so far is the harissa chicken and it even won the praises of guests.
I found the book helpful when having vegetarian friends over as well as it has some great salads. Also, if you have friends with food intolerances, it gives some good replacements.
The only downside is that you do need to prepare ahead for some of the recipes as people may not have all of the ingredients on-hand in their day to day pantry.
The best cookbook I have come across in years. All the meals are delicious and kids and adults love them.

A definite buy for health conscious wannabe cooks
This book is amazing with plenty of recipes to choose from for every one and to cater different needs. It's fresh and lovely.
