This book is definitely a great addition to the vegan recipe collection. I would have bought the book for the Chandra Malai Kofta recipe alone, the curry cashew sauce is devine. Isa make food that can be enjoyed by all, vegans and non vegans. We are a family of 6 with only 2 vegans in the household, but if I cook out of this cookbook ALL the family are happy. Easy, accessible and very yummy food.

I bought this for my mum who is vegan, but every time i visit I read this book and try and borrow it for my own. I think the recipes are fantastic and they are suitable for cooking for non vegans too, they are so interesting and delicious. Contains lots of handy tips on how to be a more efficient vegan cook too. Cannot recommend this enough. Get it and try using it one night a week for variety!!
