About the Authors
An award-winning critic and journalist, Kieron Gillen has written for organizations such as PC Gamer, The Guardian, Rock Paper Shotgun and Wired before turning his attention to comics. His previous writing credits include the critically lauded Phonogram, Thor, S.W.O.R.D. and Generation Hope. He has relaunched two longstanding Marvel series in Uncanny X-Men and Journey into Mystery.
Writer Al Ewing began his career on the British anthology 2000 AD. Since breaking into American comics, he has written Jennifer Blood and spinoff series The Ninjettes for Dynamite Entertainment, and the Age of Ultron tie-in issues of Avengers Assemble for Marvel Comics. Ewing's novels include the Pax Britannia series, as well as The Fictional Man. With artist Greg Land, he relaunched Marvel's Mighty Avengers.
About the Illustrators
Lan Medina has illustrated District X and its House of M spin-off Mutopia X, Silver Surfer, Cable & Deadpool, and Storm for Marvel. Medina was also the fi rst Filipino artist to win the prestigious Eisner Award for his work on DC/Vertigo's Fables. Other notable works include Aria, Stone and American Flagg.
Welsh artist Neil Edwards made a splash with Marvel drawing Fantastic Four, first collaborating with Bryan Hitch on the latter part of his run with writer Mark Millar, then splitting time with Dale Eaglesham and writer Jonathan Hickman. Edwards' other notable credits include Squadron Supreme, Fantastic Force, Mighty Avengers and Warriors Three for Marvel, and Final Crisis: Escape and JSA vs. Kobra for DC.
