Comments about Investing in the Right Property Now!:
After reading this book I am more confused about property investing than I was before I started reading. Margie begins her every third paragraph with "as I said before...". Then a lot of her sentences go as "You should research this..", "You should do this..", "You should find out that..", "You should ask about what is driving that growth...etc" etc etc. The big question I have is how does any of that translate into making money in real estate? By the time I finished reading the book I did not know what to research anymore, or what to focus on.
Overall, the book is very academic, descriptive, long-winded and unpractical. It's like taking a fancy subject in uni with lots of content that you will pass for the sake of getting your degree, but never thoroughly understand, or use.
