It might suit a beginner cook, It does have lots of recipes that would make good basis to create something else..I have tried a couple of the slow-cooker suggestions but found them pretty mediocre. Also it annoyed me that powdered sugar substitute was suggested, instead of a creative alternative using natural food flavours, which is partly why I was attracted to the title - "I quit sugar".
If you have done the IQS program then you will now how valuable this book is!
With a busy working family, the slow cooker always played a big role in our meals even before IQS, however this book has made me re-learn how to use the slow cooker without all the sugars and unnecessary ingredients. Well done IQS, and Booktopia for making it so easy to purchase!
