A God reference for sugar free eating and explanations as to why we should cut this disaster from our eating habits. I would probably replace the stevia in the recipes for honey in a lot of cases to keep it more based around whole foods however.

This is a great follow up to 'I Quit Sugar'. The recipes are easy and particularly the breakfast selections are a hit, even with those in the family that don't want to quit sugar.
