Love everything about Sarah Wilson's IQS, have all the books so I was always going to get this to add to the collection. Some amazing recipes, have already tried a number of them and they are fantastic. One thing I will say is that she often doubles up on recipes so having all 5 of her publications quite a few of the recipes I already had which was a little disappointing but knowing this would not stop me from buying!

Hard to digest

I wanted some sugarless recipes, but found the ingredients difficult to source.
I therefore haven't used this product.
It was all too hard.
I found it a useless book.

A God reference for sugar free eating and explanations as to why we should cut this disaster from our eating habits. I would probably replace the stevia in the recipes for honey in a lot of cases to keep it more based around whole foods however.

This is a great follow up to 'I Quit Sugar'. The recipes are easy and particularly the breakfast selections are a hit, even with those in the family that don't want to quit sugar.
